Sometimes I have trouble because I spend time on things that are unproductive, unmemorable, and generally useless.
This list is just a reminder of the ideal way to spend time
What I should spend time on
- Exploring curiosities/ideas
- Staying fit (but not too much tbh, max 3 hours a week)
- Meaningful work
- Creating memories
- Getting inspired
- Making money (just to stay afloat, don’t get sucked in)
What I shouldn’t spend time on
- Indulging in short form content
- Random activites with friends
- Japan really knocked the FOMO out of me. I used to be the person that does anything I’m invited to, but I feel like I am my own person now
- Food
- Try best to meal prep or buy from outside so that you don’t spend so much time eating
- Transportation
