    • parth has this interesting trait where he has to close every single loop that he opens. If he is talking about a car, he will find pictures and information of the car to show you. If he doesn’t understand something, he will search it up in the midst of the event. I’m not sure whether he does this to fill the dead space or actually be an active learner/teacher. Wassi also does this.

  • 21:13 - 23:20: break
  • 23:20 - 23:50: reads Stop procrastinating between finishing tasks - Interstitial Journaling - We weren’t built for multi-tasking, so transitions between projects are very tough. We end up getting lost in procrastination. Even when we manage to transition quickly into our next project, our brain is still thinking about the last project. - The Interstitial Journaling tactic solves all of these normal problems. It kills procrastination, empties our brain of the last project, and then gives us space to formulate an optimal strategy for our next project - it also lets us reflect on how much time we spent on certain tasks. This might not have many applications as of right now, but later down the line if we see we spent too much time on a certain thing, then we can start to question why. spacial software
  • It’s weird though, the more interested I get into a project, the worse my mental health becomes. It’s like being in the state of flow isn’t always a good thing, because once you are out of it, you are completely drained of liveliness, like your brain a limp bag of noodles, and your body its rotting companion.
