- liam is an interesting person, very bold, very unapologetically himself.
- this makes him admirable
- also makes people around him feel inferior
- i WANT to impress him, for no other reason than to be friends with a king
- extroverts love talking about themselves, introverts are interested in hearing what others have to say, me: daydreaming about new ideas
- I also have too much of a habit of mosquito conversationalism, and inactive conversationalism
- Mosquito Conversationalism: a term I just coined the phenomenon in which one person in a conversation outputs a lot of information with little to no value added; buzzing around like a mosquito to fill the dead space.

i like to do a LOT of stuff. As a tech geek, I love to make things. As an advocate, I love to tell stories. As a thinker, I love to ideate. But most importantly, I love to learn.
Let’s have some fun!
- What do I do at youthcomputing
- I am the vice-president in an organization known as YouthComputing (YouthComputing.ca) where I manage a team to use technology to empower youth, advocate STEM, provide education and promote innovation throughout Alberta by holding events, conferences, and workshops where youth can learn about technology and meet other like-minded people. On top of events such as the aforementioned Community Code Day and Launch Wood Buffalo, we create programs and projects that connect youth with the tech world; I even get to teach workshops on technology and coding, being a first-hand catalyst of technology education. Specifically, we define “youth” as a mentality in which one is ready to learn, not necessarily any age group. On top of managing the website and social media, I look to see problems in our community that can be solved with technology. For example, I am currently leading a team to create a platform that allows non-profits in my community to host events and incentivizes community members to attend those same events. Throughout my three years on YouthComputing, I have learned a lot about technology, logistical work, teamwork, and much more.
- idea: automatically input variable names when copy and pasting code
- when copy and pasting code from a website, the sample often uses example variable names that one has to go in and change for it to work with your code
- same with server commands and stuff like that
- websites use example directories that you have to go in and change to your own directory/folder names
