why good UX is essential to the military:
- People training people is too slow
- Imagine you had 10 people working in a military base. Optimally, you want all 10 on the frontline while another cohort of 10 is being trainedābut unfortunately then there would be nobody to train them. What actually ends up happening is 8 stay back to train the new cohort, and the 2 that are out on the frontline donāt do so well. Then the cycle continues.
- Good UX allows for less people needed to train others, and therefore gives more manpower to the military.
