The idea of “swarm robots” sounds really cool. Some inspiring links referring to swarm robots:

The truth is that the definition of swarm robots is quite vague. It involves robots, and many of them. Also some level of coordination. But after that things break down. Especially if you are considering non-humanoid swarm robots. Some observations about non-humanoid swarm robots:
Things robots are worse than humans at right now:
- Dexterity
- Decision making
Things robots are better than humans at right now:
- Being small/big (varying in size)
- Being cheap
Also, what does coordination mean? A key insight about humans is that there are no centralized decision makers. Leaders are emergent, as with many capabilities possible by coordination. It is unclear to me whether this is an advantage of humanity. Philosophically this is the argument for/against dictatorship subtracting feelings (because robots can’t feel yet). In this sense, you, can be the dictator, and maybe it’s better.
